"Life is like the marble-spoon race we used to play during school days in which you had to reach finish line as quick as you can without letting the marble fall down.
Of course, you can reach finish line faster than anyone. Even faster than you expected. But if you didn't manage to save the marble, you can't call yourself a winner.
Same logic applies to your life, where your desired target is your finish line and the marble is your health, relationships and satisfaction."
- Chetan Bhagat.

There is no point earning 12 lac a month when you do early morning exercise NOT FOR being fit, but for getting your body fit enough to do work for another day.
There is no pride in telling your parents that you have finally DONE SOMETHING if you can't even give them time for a peaceful supper.
Success will NOT BUY YOU EMOTIONAL SUPPORT.

2.
The only thing I found useful while working in chemistry practicals was hydrochloric acid and beaker.
"Don't pour the acid directly into beaker else you'll have a broken beaker and hands burning with acid.
So you must pour the acid drop by drop & let it slip on walls and base of the beaker and hence let the beaker GET USED TO ACID FIRST. Then put the damn acid."
I understood.
Finally something which makes me feel proud of education.

Buy a new one if you already broke one.

No infant comes in this world with his or her own wish.
Initially, we don't realise but we always need an emotional support.
A support which does not necessarily solve your problem but provoke you from within to solve it.

Parents are the first emotional support we associate with.
But from my experience (and hopefully yours too) that the value of GHAR KI ROTI comes into play only when you're away from it.
Once you are away, you realise that you need one.

I don't find a friend as an emotional support. I can't.

Takes time to go through "who" to "why".
"Why do we need one?"
Maybe just because you couldn't find a support, you create an isolation for yourself. Those few minutes of self-talk, if used properly will help.
